General Manager - Training & Skills Development for BPO in Uganda


Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management of the Training functions, Quality Assurance performance metrics, and process improvement projects within their process guidelines.
Minimum of 15-18 years experience in a customer service environment or related position must be from the BPO background.

Management experience required.
