Requirement :- Piping Stress Professionals

Qualification :- B.E./B.TECH/M.E./M.TECH (Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy) (REGULAR only)

Experience :- 5+ yrs (EPC (Petrochemical, oil, gas, refinery, chemicals) Background only)

Job Location :-MUMBAI

Software Knowledge :-CAESAR (Work Experience Compulsory)


JOB DESCRIPTION-->

1.)Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Production/ Metallurgy having 5+ years experience in piping design and detail engineering/Consultancy Services in piping engineers/designers for execution of refinery/ petrochemicals/ fertilizers projects with strong knowledge of Piping Stress Analysis.

2.)The Candidates should have excellent knowledge and work experience in CAESAR software in Piping Stress and Analysis.

3.)Experienced in Caesar II, Navis Works and DRV Review software packages.
Experienced in Performing stress analysis of lines connected to Pumps, Columns, Plate Heat Exchangers, Vessels and Storage tanks with settlement.
Flange leakage Check using Equivalent Pressure Method.
Detail Flange Leakage Check Using CAESAR Module.
Stress system Modeling in CAESAR II.
Load case preparation.
Selection of supports to qualify lines in stress, equipment nozzle loads.
Civil load calculations.
Perform analysis of Slug Force Calculation.
Selection & Design of spring hanger/ supports. Preparation of datasheet for the spring supports.
Perform stress analysis of line connected PSV Piping, Rack Lines and Steam Lines.

4.)Candidates only from oil/ gas/ refinery/ petrochemical/ chemical/ fertilizer sectors will be considered.
