1) CONSTRUCTION INSPECTORS (UNDERGROUND STATIONS):

Diploma with Min. 10 years of experience.Should Provide technical support for UG station construction Ensure that all aspects of health, safety & the environment are monitored & non-conformances corrected.Raises observations to report non-conformances Ensure that quality & progress are effectively monitored and tracked throughout the program period.Reports daily on health, safety & the environment, quality & progressAttends audits & surveillancesAttends meetings as needed.

2)SITE SUPERVISORS:

Diploma with min. 5 yrs. of exp.
The broad description of the Site Supervisor UG Station is to assist the Resident Engineer U/G Stations and the Civil Construction U/G Stations Manager on Requirement Management for a civil work package on a Railway project.
To ensure the operations to comply with the Employer's Requirements and latest legislative requirements on Health, Safety and Environmental aspects
Experience of deep excavations and underground works

3)CONSTRUCTION ASSURANCE ENGINEER:
Multiple positions are required for a Geotechnical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Tunnel Engineer with 5-10 years of experience required on heavy construction underground metro station project in Doha, Qatar. A Geotechnical Engineering degree is required or its foreign equivalent in a related field. Design/Build construction oversight experience is a plus.Must be a graduate.

4) HSSE ENGINEER:
Degree with Min. 8 years of experience. NEBOSH Certificate is must. To ensure the operations to comply with the latest legislative requirements on safety aspects.To coordinate with the Contractors HSE personnel .To plan and carry out HSE inspection, to report any unsafe acts and conditions, ensure correct and proper recording of all inspections and finding

5)E & M Design Engineer:
Degree with Minimum 10 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical design with at least 5 years in large scale Rail Transport Systems and/or design in tunnel works. The broad description of the E&M Design Engineer is to assist the HVAC/MEP Systems Engineer on design management of D&B Contractor for HVAC/MEP package on a Railway ProjectHe will have strong experience in design relative to electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC, lift escalator, travelator, SCADA, firefighting system, fire detection system and all any other facilities relatives to rail transport system and/or transport infrastructures in general.Ideally he will have experience of design coordination on Metro projects and knowledge of the design interfaces required.

6)HVAC Engineer
Degree with Minimum 10 years of experience To check design meets with Employer's Requirements and latest legislative requirements.To ensure the operations are compliant with the latest legislative requirements on safety aspects .Supervise the Installation of HVAC and Smoke Extraction systems Verify MEP openings / plinths are adequate for Piping / Equipment.Coordinate with other MEP / Architectural trades for clash resolution.Be conversant with QA/QC procedures and processes.Assist with the Testing and Commissioning activities.Verify As Built Drawings are correct.

7)Fire Fighting Systems Engineer:
Degree with Minimum 10 years of experience *To check the Fire Systems designs for detection, suppression and compartmentation.Be conversant with relevant standards, regulations, rules and recommendations, including British Standards, National Fire Prevention Association, Underwriter's Laboratory Inc, Loss Prevention Council Board and Qatar Civil Defence.Verify MEP openings are adequate for Piping / Equipment.Coordinate with other MEP / Architectural trades, System Wide Contractor for clash resolution.To ensure the installations are compliant with the latest legislative requirements on fire safety aspects .To witness Test and Commissioning activities of Fire Systems with third party interfaces.Verify As Built Drawings are correct
