Position: Sr Mechanical Engineer
Qualification: BE/B Tech Mechanical

We are looking for Mechanical Engineer with Experience in Ammonia/Petrochemical/Refinery Industry.
• Someone with Experience in Operations and Maintenance
• Minimum 10 to 20 years of mechanical maintenance and Engineering department in Ammonia plant /urea plant of a large Fertilizer Complex/Petrochemical/Refinery
• Strong Exposure in all types Rotating Equipments, Static Equipments & Piping of Fertilizer Industry.
• Supervision of the Construction, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Mechanical Equipments (Rotating & Static Equipments), Ancillaries and Piping
• Responsible for Maintenance of Equipments & Piping of the respective plant
• Responsible for Preventive, Predictive, Corrective Maintenance and trouble shooting
• Technical Decision making on Plant Equipment as and when required
Maintenance:
• Well conversant with the Engineering & Maintenance aspects of static equipments as Reformer, Boilers; Ammonia Converters, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, High Pressure Urea Reactors, Urea Strippers, Distillation Columns etc.
• Well conversant with Engineering & Maintenance aspects of all types of Rotary equipments & their overhauling like Turbines, Compressors, Multistage pumps (Vertical & horizontal), reciprocating pumps, Gears, Fans & Blowers, etc.
• Conversant with maintenance of Material Handling Equipments like Conveyors, Reclaimers, Shiploaders and Bagging Machines etc
• Well conversant with different types of materials used in fertilizer industry & their welding processes, filler materials and electrodes.
• Conversant with Lifting practices, Tools & appliances used in the Fertilizer Industry.
• Well conversant with Codes & Standards like API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, NFPA, TEMA etc.
• Well conversant with ISO-9001, 14001 & OHSAS requirements.
