INSPECTION ENGINEER
Execute inspection activities to ensure the optimum reliability, availability and technical integrity of all static equipment and line systems in his area of responsibility. Promote technically sound and cost effective maintenance approaches, consistent with the company operating requirements and safety standards
Integrity and Reliability
Review and execute area inspection plans to ensure integrity and reliability of the plant assets.
Provide inspection support and technical assistance to Operations, Maintenance, Technology, Engineering, Projects and MCP to ensure the integrity and reliability of plant equipment.
Controlled / uncontrolled overdue inspections.
Timely advice.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8+ years experience in maintenance and inspection of petrochemical facilities.
Very good English language skills and competent in the use of PC applications (MS Office suite or equivalent).
Technical:
Materials & Corrosion.
Welding and Heat Treatment.
Inspection Techniques.
Behavioural:
Analytical Thinking , level 3
Drive for efficiency and effectiveness, level 3
Information Seeking, level 3
