Exp - 12+ Yrs
12 + years experience in Design of Cryogenic Tanks and Cryogenic Pipelines with reputed Engineering Companies
*Design of Cryogenic Storage Tanks for LNG and Ethylene
*Design of Cryogenic Pipelines and Piping
*Additional knowledge of Design of Equipment such as Compressors, Pumps, etc
*Review of Process deliverables prepared by Basic Engineering Consultant.
*Preparation of Tank and Mechanical equipment data sheet based on Process data.
*Preparation of Detailed Scope of Work for Cryogenic Tank and Balance Equipment engineering, supply and installation package.
*Review of Bids received for similar packages as above.
*Review of Engineering deliverables for Cryogenic Tank and Equipment packages
bottlenecks for Tank, Equipment and Piping on account of the same.
*Reviewing the material & purchase requisitions prepared by DEC(s)
*Interdisciplinary checks, coordination and providing technical inputs to other disciplines.
*Commissioning support and resolution of site queries.
*Managing the adherence of the DEC(s) to the planned delivery schedule
*Project Engineering Estimation
*Review of quality of manpower required from the DEC(s) for the project and the resource requirement estimated by DEC for the project
*International Codes, Standards and Practices for Cryogenic Tank and Cryogenic Piping Design.
*Detailed Engineering Software used for Tank, Equipment and piping design.
*Material Selection and its substitution for common services
