Job description:
- To provide technical guidance for maintenance and reliability of the refinery equipment and work processes
- Create and edit simplified process flow diagrams or Equipment Control Diagrams using Microsoft Visio software for installation designs as well as for any new facility changes
- Develop equipment maintenance procedures and description manuals
- Develop operating procedures and troubleshooting exercises
- Assist in data gathering and draft review meetings
- Deliver core training course at assigned locations
- Monitor class quality and make recommendations for ongoing course improvement
- Render technical advice on systems particular to maintenance courses
Desired Skills:
- Ten or more years in refinery/ petrochemical industry
- Engineering/Science (Mechanical) graduates with experience in maintenance process operations
- Strong oral and written communications skills in English
- Experience in training/procedure development & plant startup is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience in Microsoft Visio is a plus
- Willingness to travel
