ï‚Ÿ Significant construction knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills in field of oil and gas industries. This is normally acquired by ten to fifteen years of construction experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
ï‚Ÿ Good understanding of site plant/project design, specification and procedure.
ï‚Ÿ Good understanding of construction standards and practices
ï‚Ÿ Good understanding of contract & subcontract agreement

Planning Manager
ï‚Ÿ Responsible for construction cost/planning and scheduling management.

ï‚Ÿ Providing project cost / planning and scheduling leadership for construction.
ï‚Ÿ Ensuring full implementation of project control systems.
ï‚Ÿ Preparation of project control plan for project in accordance with procedures and objectives.
ï‚Ÿ Providing project control summary to relevant stakeholders.
ï‚Ÿ Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project control / planning issues.
ï‚Ÿ Other duties as assigned by the management.
ï‚Ÿ Bachelor's/College degree in an engineering or equivalent discipline.
(B.S. degree is much preferable)

ï‚Ÿ To analyze materials and data for compliance with QA/QC requirements
ï‚Ÿ To monitor performance, ensuring quality control and creating documentation.
ï‚Ÿ Recommend improvements and help with alterations to any construction plans.
ï‚Ÿ Oversee the supply chain and delivery of materials.
ï‚Ÿ Other duties as assigned by the management.
ï‚Ÿ Bachelor's/College degree in Material Science or Engineering.
