Position : Planning & Project Controls Manager
Job Description/ Responsibilities
· Preparing Level-4 detailed Schedules with proper WBS using Primavera Project Planner 6.
· Loading Man-hours/ Quantities into the Schedule
· Develop a Progress Measurement System in line with the requirements of the Client.
· Preparing Overall Progress S Curve, Discipline wise S Curves & Manpower Histograms.
· Record Productivity & Prepare Manpower & Equipment Deployment schedule based on SoW.
· Preparing Daily Reports, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports for Management and Client.
· Monitoring & Controlling Progress against approved Base Line Schedule.
· Critical Path Analysis.
· Alarm Project managers of any delay and consequent Recovery Plans.
· Support Estimation and proposal preparations.
· Advise Construction Managers of any Schedule deviations and their potential impacts Review and forecast Contractor Work front availability and conduct continuity of work analysis.
· Assist Claims Department in preparing Delay Analysis.
· Holding Progress Review meetings with Construction Managers and giving them Weekly Targets
· Preparing Cash flow Curves and advise appropriate Cost Control measures.
· Preparing MIS Reports
· Preparing Project Charter , Project Execution Plans, Project Controls Plans, Cost Control Plans and other Project Management Procedures.
Skills -
- Should have in-depth Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel & other planning tools.
- Should have a minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in planning, monitoring & control of large scale EPC projects.
- Engineering graduate (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering preferred), Post-graduation in Project Management will be an advantage, Certifications in Project Management (like PMP , PSP , EVP , NICMAR ) will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
- Internal - Corporate facilities, Administration, IT, Procurement, Legal, Logistic Team, Users, Engineering Team
- External - PMC, Consultants, Architects, Vendors, suppliers, liaison agencies

Job Location: Head Quarters in Atyrau , Kazakhstan
Rotation : 4 Months Working & 21 Days Rest if on Bachelor Status
Travel: Economy Class Tickets shall be provided from Atyrau up to Hometown.
Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in Atyrau City. Candidate to choose Accommodation Status ( Bachelor Accommodation / Family Accommodation )
Transport: Employees shall be provided Transport from Accommodation Place to the main Offices.
Food ( Kazakh/Indian/ Italian/ Continental ) shall be provided by the Company if on Bachelor Status
Salary: Best in the Industry for suitable Candidates.
Qualification- Diploma or Bachelors in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience:- 5 to 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon Industry. Planning of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation related projects would be preferable although not mandatory
Candidates with similar Work Experience in Kazakhstan shall be preferred.
The interviews shall be conducted in Atyrau in the last week of September. We can provide you reimbursement to attend the interviews once we get your confirmation. Those Candidates who are not in a position to come to Atyrau shall be interviewed telephonically.
